I would give this 5 stars, as the chair is comfortable, well built, and all around a great product. The only reason I hold a star is that the material used is just a little to easy to damage. Its kind of a fake leather, and if it rubs against the bottom of my desk I lose just a little bit of it each time. This means that there are two little patches of missing material on both arm rests where it rubbed against the underside of my desk. I lowered the chair a tad so it doesn't happen any more, the problem was it happened so fast (day 1).
