Used this chair over the last couple of days, and it's been great so far. Cushions are firm, supportive, and properly contoured; materials and manufacturing quality are decent. All in all, it is among the most comfortable task/office chairs I've used, and that includes some fancy (and expensive) models in use at hi-tech companies. Note that the tilt function means the whole seat assembly (bottom and back) moving together, and not just the back reclining---this is not stated anywhere, and it was a pleasant surprise. Total assembly time was 15-20 minutes.
Few minor rants, and one recommended tweak:
* back height adjustment is not great, there's maybe a 2-3 inches movement range, and the mechanism is kind of roughly designed (but does the job).
* the hex key that comes with it is hard to work with due to clearance issues; you'll be much better off using a folding hex tool (you'll need a 5mm one).
* when tilt lock is engaged, there's still a bit of a give that causes the seat to feel a little "rocky".
* most notably, as mentioned by other reviewers the angle of the back is a bit too reclined for someone who prefers an strictly upright posture. Unfortunately, this cannot be adjusted once the chair is assembled---if that's a deal breaker then you should look elsewhere. Fortunately, however, you can change the angle of the back during assembly: all it takes is inserting one or more thick washers when assembling the back to the seat, to adjust the angle. I found that a very small adjustment (probably 2-3mm) was enough to get to the desired angle for me.
All in all, this is a comfortable, compact, no-frills chair of very good quality. Hopefully it will stay like that over a long period of use.
